Peponi Retreats uses the information you give us through this website to respond to enquiries and, if you choose, to send retreat updates.

Retreat applications

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, retreat interest and any message you include. We store your application in our Hostinger database and send it to our bookings mailbox so the Peponi team can reply. Application details are not automatically added to our marketing list.

Email updates

If you separately opt in to retreat updates, we store your email address and signup time in our Hostinger database and send your details to Mailchimp for a confirmation email. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Website analytics

Analytics is optional. If you allow it, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 to help us understand website visits and interactions, such as application submissions, newsletter signups and WhatsApp clicks. We do not send the personal details from your forms to analytics. You can change your choice using “Cookie choices” in the website footer.

Storage and access

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Peponi team members who handle enquiries can access application details. Newsletter data is also processed by Mailchimp. We keep records while needed for the purposes above and can review or remove them on request.
